At this year’s EVE Fanfest (still ongoing) CCP have taken to the stage to give updates on the development of World of Darkness, their entirely player-driven MMO based on the vampire RPG of the same name.
The games’ development team is now clocking in at 70 people, and they’ve working on everything from web-based tools to improved shaders and clothing systems. Their on-stage presenter also confirmed that they were working on crafting, but claimed that direct item creation probably won’t be present.
“You’re a powerful, immortal lord of the night,” he joked. “You don’t want to stitch a shirt.”
