Last week we reported that something called ‘Deus Ex: Human Defiance’ was being registered, but it turns out it was just the name of the movie. Well! Fresh domain registrations have now popped up for something called ‘Deus Ex: The Fall’.

Super-sleuth Supererogatory has uncovered multiple international variants of DeusExTheFall.com, including registrations for the UK, France, Italy and Germany. All are registered to Square Enix.

Square Enix have, of course, not officially commented on the discovery.

In delightful news, a trademark filing for something called Deus Ex: Human Defiance has been discovered, filed by none other then Square Enix themselves.

The filing is so broad as to offer no suggestion of what it could possibly actually be: it could be for anything from a game, to a novel, to a feature film.

We do know that there is of course a feature film in the works, so this could even be a tie-in game.
