1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is open to Australian residents registered with Games On Net - http://games.on.net.
3. The Promoter of this competition is Internode Systems Pty Ltd ABN 82 052 008 581 ("Promoter").
4. A person is ineligible to enter and/or win a contest if they are an employee, volunteer or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Internode, Games On Net or a related company, or if they have won a contest promoted on Games On Net within the past twelve (12) months ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. You must be logged in to submit your entry.
7. The competition will commence at 17:30 Australian Central Standard Time ("ACST") on Thu May 28, 2009, and will close at 12:00 ACST on Thu Jun 11, 2009.
8. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Visit the Games On Net competition website;
2. Complete the online entry form available on the website with their full name, street address and age; and
3. Answer, in 25 words or less: "Who would you next like to meet in this Rapture family reunion?"
9. The BioShock Little Sister Giveaway Prize Pack will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant whom has the most creative entry as determined by the Judges when compared with the entries of all entrants ("Promotion Winner"). The Promotion Winner will receive:
1. First Prize:
   1. One (1) retail boxed copy of BioShock for PS3
   2. One (1) BioShock "Little Sister" Figurine
   3. One (1) 2K Games sticker
   4. One (1) BioShock T-Shirt
   5. One (1) copy of the book The Art of BioShock
   6. One (1) BradyGames Signature Series Guide for BioShock
2. Runner-up Prize:
   1. One (1) BioShock "Little Sister" Figurine
   2. One (1) 2K Games sticker
   3. One (1) BioShock T-Shirt
10. A total of six (6) Prizes will be drawn.
11. First Prize is valued at AU$160. Each Runner-up Prize is valued at AU$45. The total Prize pool is AU$385.
12. Judging of all Eligible Entries will take place on Fri June 12, 2009 9:30am, at Internode House - Level 3, 132 Grenfell Street Adelaide, SA 5000 ("Prize Draw").
13. This is a competition of skill and chance plays no part in the draw.
14. Each Promotion Winner will be notified on the day of the Prize Draw. Details will be posted on the Games On Net website (http://games.on.net) shortly afterward. Winners will also be notified via an Games On Net "Private Message".
15. All Prizes will be mailed within one month from the date of each Prize Draw.
16. Prizes are non transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
17. Prizes will be mailed to the address supplied to the Promoter at the time of submission. If the details of your address have changed, please contact the Promoter via email - support@games.on.net.
18. All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
19. The Promoter, its agencies, sponsors, affiliates and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this contest.
20. All Eligible Entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in any contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
21. The name, username and state of residence of all contest winners may be published by the Promoter as part of the competition process.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided to them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in Internode's Privacy Statement available online at http://www.internode.on.net/sfoa/privacy/index.htm or by calling 13-NODE (13 66 33).
23. No correspondence will be entered into. The Judges' decision is final.
