Isn't it more correct to say Happy Lunar New Year as most of the Asian areas celebrate it?

Ahhhh Spencer Village. I used to live in Langford in my childhood years and have fondish memories of that place.

Mind you, the Health Department did a massive crackdown on the food hall there a few years ago because of hygiene issues. Haven't been back since.
