CCP changes

Just noting some of the more important CCP changes that you will have got with the latest beta patch if you are keeping that up to date.

The M1A2 TUSK loader position can now turn in and fire his weapon while turned in, they also now have access to thermals for their weapon.

Apparently Tunguska missiles are terrible now with the CCP.

Unguided rockets are now under the control of pilots.

Tunguska missile speed has been severely lowered.

NLAW now has a lock time before shooting.

Oh and Vikhrs can no longer lock air targets.

Does tabbing in tanks work for you guys

Well I'm using beta patch 101747 and all of the stuff that I listed has changed for me so I don't know what else to tell you. You can see Tunguska missiles on the radar actually travelling to you before they hit you now.

Ken I can tab in the TUSK and the T-90 with the beta? Which tank are you talking about.

BIS must have snuck me the next full patch while I was eating my noodles.

well **** maybe I'll have to reinstall the game, be nice if they mentioned these specific changes in the beta somewhere.. anyone know exactly what was added?

I would say that the ones that are crossed out on the roadmap are somewhat carried out.

Every single tank I sit in doesn't have tabbing, that includes the TUSK
I only see it working for guided weapons like AA

I've noticed this from some testing tonight as well. With auto-guide AT off tanks seem unable to tab lock.

On a more positive note, the Arkan and Refleks are both fixed now. A gunner can guide them to the target much like a TOW or Konkurs.

To be honest I'd prefer not to have tabbing enabled but everyone seems to be running different beta versions, so I can't complain about it at all

Metis has been changed in latest beta patch too. Hand held Metis no longer auto locks and now requires some level of skill to use.

Sounds like Baskerville should increase the required version to join the server soon, force us all on the newer beta's and finally have a game with no tab locking....
