Found this in a bookstore in Daylesford:

Awesome awesome book. Over 800 recipes on French Cuisine, ranging from the extremely simple to the amazingly complex. I think the best part of it is that Joel Robuchon explains why different cooking methods are useful, the expected results etc etc. It's not just a "here's a recipe go go go."

75% off - woohoo!

PS. If you buy it on Steam, do not install it on Steam! Get DCS World from the GoN Files section, and the A-10 DCS file which is about 380mb, and activate your Steam CD Key in there for it. Steam version no longer updates and is only 32bit, compared to DCS Worlds 64bit version.

Decided to take the plunge on this one too - bought on steam, but will download DCS World after work and activate it on that as per your advice.

Yeah I've never really touched on this type of in depth game, but lately the more linear and simple games aren't getting my attention and I'm finding myself bored within a few minutes. Going to start with Crusader Kings II and work my way through and hope I can figure them out.
