If you're talking about the guy running around some empty levels (as I had already mentioned) then I stand by my original statement.

Unless i've missed something they've given literally no information of the game other than it'll have multiple art styles. Oh, there will apparently be some puzzles...of some kind...in the game...somewhere...

For those interested there will be a Kickstarter coming this month for a new Heavy Gear game called Heavy gear Assault. It's intended to be mainly multiplayer and be free to play (which isn't really what I was after for a third game). It's also running UE4 and they want $800,000 (another place says 900k so not sure) from the Kickstarter.

I loved Heavy Gear 2, I wonder if this will match up at all though i'm more comparing apples to oranges as I played the campaign not the multiplayer. :P

There's also a video on the GON mirror showing some graphics and a bad voice over. :P

I've discovered that I'm a sucker for Kickstarter RPGs. Out of the 6 things I've backed, 4 are RPGs with the latest being Torment.

This looks very interesting. I've been following Charlie, one of the artists, on Deviantart for well over 5 years and wondered where'd she'd gone. The result is this:

Looks pretty cool actually!

Ok this one I'm definitely backing. Looks awesome. A really fun concept, seems like an achievable timeline and certainly looks like a lot of fun.

Chasm has 6 days to go and needs another $1,500 to reach goal. Shell out! Would be a shame to miss out on this one.

GoN News article http://games.on.net/2013/05/heavy-gear- ... le-player/

The real question is, will it be able to outcompete Mechwarrior Online and Hawken?

Not sure if this one has been mentioned yet, HEX, it's a TCG MMO

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cze ... -card-game

You have your usual PvP stuff like a normal game of MTG, but then there's PvE stuff as well that include raids and dungeons. Apparently it's heavy on the lore too as the Flavor text provides some cool lore to go along with the story.

I backed the pro-player tier. Really looking forward to it.

Awww yeah, spiritual successor to Syndicate and it's being made by the guy who was the lead on Syndicate Wars.

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/5livesstudios/satellite-reign

Looks ace!! And it's by a studio in Brissy. I think this will be worth slapping $60 down to get beta access (or just $25 for the game itself!).

Only concern is no estimated delivery date yet. I'll wait until I see that info and might wade in later :)
