Dexter (Seventh Season Premiers Sept30)

So still a good month and a bit away, but being a massive Dexter fan - I've been waiting for this for oh so long. Yes I have a shirt

Trailer seems to reveal a fair bit of the plot of the series, and seems interesting. I'm glad they've gone away from the lovey relationship stuff and back to the good stuff.

Any other fans?

Could pretty much skip everything from Season 2 til now (SURPRISE ****). About time that they got to the good stuff.

The last season was a let down. Probably just read the plot on wikipedia for season 7 it was that bad.

I stopped watching after season 4. The crime stories just weren't really any interesting and it was filled with relationship stuff, and the season 4 ending was just zzz, almost done just for ratings it had so little relevance to anything. That trailer looked interesting however, maybe the final season of the show?

Yeah, pretty sure I heard somewhere that Season 7 is the end for Dexter.

I thought season 4 was a hard act to follow and it showed in season 5. But I quite enjoyed season 6, the Revelations thing was a good touch. Good cliffhanger too, looking forward to season 7.

I've enjoyed all the seasons so far and am looking forward to this one! I can imagine this being the last season though, and that may be a good thing as I don't see how they could string it out for all that much longer.

It's already been renewed through to Season 8 which will be its last season. I liked that trailer but I think Deb will struggle with what Dexter has done throughout this next season but in the end she will join/help him with the killings going into Season 8. That's just how I feel it will go.

Or maybe she'll commit suicide saving dexter the job of killing her himself but still leaving him with the guilt that he caused her death and that he had been considering killing her which will play some part in his demise in Season 8. Or maybe not, who knows.
