Hit escape, mouse over every button till you see the 'call a vote' one. For some reason the buttons aren't actually labelled with text (as I would prefer) but instead have little icons that are ostensibly meant to represent what the button's function is, for the life of me though they just seem like beige blobs.

Ive been getting vote kicked on #40 just now and i only just entered the game, the round hadnt even started. Some one stated its his server and is vote kicking people. Always been an annoying feature just so some douche can play keyboard warrior and supposedly claim his own server

Add to that ive been banned!! WTH!
