GON BLOPS rush hour?

Hey guys, anyone know the off-peak time for the BLOPs servers? I'm struggling to get a space a lot of the time, all 20 servers are totally full. I'm glad all those resources aren't going to waste. Not like other communities are struggling for computing power/bandwidth.
