In Device Manager - try the view menu - "show hidden devices" and see if they turn up...
- If they do you could then try a right click and either update drivers - or uninstall - reboot and see if they are picked up
- If they don't show up then they aren't being picked up at all... so remove them - reformat and install drivers - THEN put them back in and see if they are picked up.
