saitek x52 pro and rudder pedals and trackir 5; the ledge where the stick and throttle are can be unbolted from the desk and is about 10cm lower than the desk which makes the stick position more comfortable.

and yeah I need less cables...

The 2nd monitor to the side there must be great for running info in that screen, maps etc. And don't we all need less cables I keep swearing to myself I will find a neater solution to my cables too, but never get aru8nd to doing it.

cables just crush me at times; you spend an hour getting them all neat and tidy and then cockroaches or mice spend the night just tangling them up again... it's beyond a joke. I understand why some folks go for the all in one mac... 3 cable magic.
The only sims I use the second for is Black Shark and A-10c, those sims do like a second; generally though I just run the one screen.

Im only using a Logiteech Xtreme 3D pro its served me well but when I get paid im going to get a Warthog HOTAS.

I've moved my computer way too often to give a single damn about cable management! Even less so with the Xbox and the Logitech speaker cables coming out of that sub.

iControl is fine, the only real issue is the two-finger swipe to get to, say, the radio stack. You can too easily hit one of the buttons on the UFC... but that's just a matter of hitting C to clear the screen. As far as immersiveness though, my head is twisting with the trackIR, feet are in motion, both hands on the HOTAS and manipulating the primary control panels via the iPad... it feels like freedom!

I'm almost surprised you aren't running 3 screens, with the sim racing and flight stuff, cause you have a pretty solid PC if I recall? Thrustmaster certainly make quality kit, in the wheels and in the sticks, looks the real deal. More Kudos points for showing ya bits to the general public Makes it interesting actually seeing how people are setup.

The one thing about playing at the TV is the TV unit does a pretty good job of hiding all my cables! Can make it harder to get to them all though.

At the time I bought the monitors I didn't really understand how triple-screens worked... and ever since then I can't find an ASUS 25.5" for sale!

Least monitors and stuff are pretty cheap theses days. 2013 for me is going to be about my system and peripherals, rather that games, I think I have more that enough to fly/drive/shoot, so time to spend the money of sorting otu a nice setup with it all and triples would be lovely I think. Cant help but yearn for it every time I see a triple setup on Youtube.

cables are a complete pain. I can only recommend getting some cable mesh netting to get the most problematic ones under control.
