Before hopping into more Ace Combat, jumped into Guild Wars 2 for a while.

God I'm really really enjoying it. Spent my time completing Kessex Hills (that's four 100% areas so far). Read up a bit and now have my sharpening stones that are great for extra XP, also upgraded my armour so I'm a little harder to kill. Currently level 31 and a mate has just started to hopefully I have a late night questing partner.

With my PC having been out of action for the past week and still getting things redownloaded on it, I have jumped back onto the PS3 and been playing some BF3. I have always disliked it a lot, and my main soldier only being at level 10 would show I haven''t put much time into it, partly cause something with it doesn't gel for me, and Í really struggle at FPS games with a gamepad. That said though I have been having a blast this week in it, mainly playing hardcore Conquest on the Gulf of Oman map, which is always a fantastic map. Getting killed a lot still, but doing it with a smile. Just wish I had a PS3 headset to be able to talk with my squads.

Mmm baby, I've been playing that on Xbox and Blops 2 on Xbox as well recently. After a while, you get really used to the controls and rarely notice (or care about) the limitations. Went 28 and 2 on Blops 2 last night and then a round of BF3 somewhere equally ridiculous!

I played Black Cops 2 for the first time yesterday on PS3. I did badly.

Yeah, Black Cops 2 is much harsher than Black Cops 1. So much prejudice from the white officers, not to mention you're always under suspicion for police corruption. Oh and then there's that training day esque mission. Crazy!

Sorry my brain is fried atm.

I would quite like a crossover game like Diablo/Torchlight/PoE but with DotA/other MOBA style controls.

Explain... I like your idea but I'd say they're already pretty close?

Do you mean simplifying the controls a bit? I haven't played D3 in a while, so I'm a bit rusty on the control differences :P

Yeah I like the feel of DotA 2's controls. Being able to A-move. I hate it when playing Path of Exile having to click on enemies directly. A pixel's worth of misclick can basically kill me.

I liked the part that 5mins before Darksiders 2 was redownloaded the computer froze (proper froze, screen wouldn't change or anything, it's common enough that I wish my friend hadn't forced this computer on me thinking he was doing me a favor), restarted and Steam the POS is starting again from scratch despite all the files still being in the steam directory. Goodbye even more god damn f*cking quota. Extra points for when I restarted steam again it remembered THIS download and didn't restart again.

All because the stupid computer deleted Darksiders 2 when it wasn't supposed to.

Carrier Command: Gaea Mission... good fun on PC, looks pretty.. but don't buy the Xbox version. What a steaming pile of awful it is.

Returned it today, grabbed Ace Combat Assault Horizon and Singularity instead (for the same price). I've just finished playing Ace on PC and it's more fun than I remember (I bought it on release for Xbox and returned it) and also offers easy gamerscore.

Once my AC review is done though, it'll be all Guild Wars 2 and DCS A-10C. Both games have me more addicted than anything since.. well, probably since the last thing I made the same statement about... but I can see several hundred/thousand more hours of DCS and I reckon I'll make it to 80 at least once in Guild Wars 2.
