Since Aion moved servers to Texas and changed IP, the proxy is no longer working. Can someone advise if settings can be changed or if a new version is being made?

There have been a few reports of this. One player has said that when they reinstalled the launcher it helped them.
Tech support offered me these suggestions for workarounds:
A quick fix may be to just delete the addcache.xml file (in the root of the Aion game folder) and then also make sure they are not using any old extra parameters in the Launcher to start Aion. (right-click Aion in the Launcher, choose properties and clear out the “Extra Command Line Parameters” box).
Also, could try adding: -ip:64.25.35.103 to that extra command line box to force to connect to the correct Auth, but that is just a workaround and does not address the real issue of the client connecting to the wrong IP.
