Ordered some Jose L Piedra Cazadores for something different, and they came boxed but not shrink wrapped in the standard plastic, and a little dry. I don't yet own a humidor, but a few hours surfing the net has landed me this short term solution. It may not be perfect, but it will have to do for the time being.. now to order a hygrometer!

You could always put dry rice in there. It's really good at absorbing moisture!

Yah I believe the sponges have water in them to stop the cigars drying out too much :)

Haha I thought they were some sort of fancy boutique kabana when I first looked at the picture, before reading the text.

Will add pics later ;)

Today I picked up F1 2012 for PS3, and yesterday Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD from the PSN Store.

Also many socks, jocks, and two pairs of shoes! :)

Exactly, they were quite dry when I got them so I'm improvising a little with a home made humidor - it's by no means perfect but a significant improvement over just letting them dry out further (dry cigar = bad cigar). Only going to have them in there for a fortnight or so before I try one to see how it goes, but I suspect it's working well :)
