I need to familiarise myself with the maps and modes. Could I please trouble you for the specific list? Would like to download them and have a look on LAN. Plus if they're up on an available server, we could fool around with them for prep.

We discused the mission i sent ya we will play the AAS Insertion-C5-OA.Takistan on the Sept 1st at 10;00pm US time if game ends quickly we will switch teams and play again. if it last full time we will let it end it will be late here. we will have a second mission on stand by incase they both end quickly.

If numbers exceed the 20 team limit, we will be picky on who forms our squad. It's not some open event therefore that DayZ players can dominate simply by RSVP'ing early.

sounds inrrersting. whats the server address for a ping check for those keen? I think it was done recently, but a local match maybe ausarma vs gon would be kewl. That i'd be up for.

High pings will not be such an issue for you. Join the server some time, play a game and you'll see that performance feels no different than the GON server. I used to play a lot of Project Reality on the USA server, and performance was better most local servers.

AusArmA vs GON wouldn't be that fair, as AusArmA is just a community of other groups, most of which just play coop or DayZ.

Cross-hairs I believe will be on. For FN FAL **** (like you and myself) you won't complain. 3rd person will be on for vehicles only.

You'd be playing with and against the best players, so regardless of whether it's on expert or not, you can't be too cool to boycott it.
