!Admin comand not working

I attempted to alert an admin to a server that was jittering, and needed to be restarted, but it said i didn't have access to the command.

It probably worked, but it'll also try and initiate the sourcemod admin menu.

I'll see if I can fix that.

message did work, i saw it but i cant restart server, always works if typed into game chat, think the access to sourcemod issue only pops up if you type the !admin command into console as sourcemod accepts either ! or @ as the trigger
