Server Reboots

Was playing on anz 7 seems very laggy is there any specific time the servers actually reboot or an admin whom can reboot the server? Thanks

i reboot them whenever i can , mostly before i goto work so thats 0630 in the morning
and sometimes late afternoon after work or evening

but sometimes they only get done the once a day

but if you know how to use IRC and the gon channel im usually in there and you can gimme a shout if it needs doing
