They still happen but only if the team scores are tied. e.g. On Frontier, if Blu captures 3 points, and old-Red/new-Blu also captures 3 points, and timelimit runs out. So it's pretty rare unfortunately

EDIT: Just read back a few pages. So, hard time limit means the map will change after a certain amount of time, even if it's not the end of a round? Are most maps set at 20mins?

Kong (Remove) +1
And some ones not in the rotation that i'd like added:
Dustbowl (But the 20 minute stage 3 thing will probably kill the server) +1 (deal with Stage 3 if/when it becomes a problem)
Junction (Probably not a good idea, I'm one of the few people who like it) don't care either way
