Yeah.. when my fiance and I moved in together she thought a 50GB plan was appropriate.. I soon had to rectify that issue.

Mine got cranky this month when we blew through 200gb in under 2wks ..
Changed to 500gb plan.. a week later they STILL havent changed us over...
*waves money at isp* wakey wakey.

Just rooted and flashed my phone for the first time. I thought with my luck I was sure to brick it but nope..now running ICS on my DHD.

Wife is on the phone....
32min on phone + 20min on hold..
Finnaly get an AUSTRALIAN operator..
Problem solved in 5min.

And call center operators get uppity when I say connect me to someone who speaks ENGLISH.!

So true. I think it's partly also because we're told that to deal with the call and not fob it off.
However if the customer can't understand you, how can you deal with the call.
