Really over working shift work as this stage, still stuck in night shift sleeping pattern when I'm working the afternoon shift.

When I worked for the ambulance service I was all over the place usually with only ten hours of inbetween shifts, get up, go to work, come home, go to sleep was my average day.

Restavit is an over the counter medication, just ask the pharmacist for it as they keep it behind the shelf and it knocks me on my arse. Don't use it too much, but for those odd occasions its great.
