Fixed a grammatical error with the Friendly fire (Buildings) parameter. Enabling this allows you to destroy friendly structures.

Notes:
No Mando versions are very untested and have only been tested for 5 mins at most. Why did I remove it? Mando takes up 5 MB of the mission file, and as far as GON is concerned, that's just dead weight, so CORE gave it's latest version a diet and the mission files are now only 2.8 MB.
CORE versions WITH Mando also available in the case of there being an issue with the forced removal of Mando.

Game mechanics:
You can no longer save gear that is outside of your current gear level.
Aircraft no longer spawn resistance or occupation owned towns.
Added 8 more player slots. (Takistan / BAF riflemen)
You can no-longer sell base buildings if your HQ is destroyed.
Time dilation, the server will attempt to find parity in it's perception of time vs the client's. All "sleep" calls are multiplied by the time dilation multiplier, making them shorter based off the server's strain, to make the clients and server time equal.
