Just wanted to post that I still find it surreal that my team win a race, let alone their dismal season last year. So so happy lol. With Pastor, even though he has been a clown at times in the past he drove literally flawlessly yesterday, never ran wide, preserved his tyres, didn't lock up once. An amazing performance from lap 1 to 66.

As much as I'm not a fan of Maldonado, he did drive a great race, especially keeping someone as aggressive as Alonso at bay for so long. Williams more than deserved their first win since '04.

Well F1 2010 and F1 2011 were almost the same i don't think we can see something spectacular in F1 2012.

This thread is talking about the actual racing series, not the Codemaster's games.

But hey, while we're here, it's been a cracking season so far, anyone still watching?

It's been the greatest season since I started watching. Though the comments about Pastor above seem pretty funny considering his season since then. He's an absolutely shocking driver with no regard for anyone around him. He really needs to sit a few races out and get his head in the game. I also find myself rooting for Webber the longer this season goes. He's in with a real chance this year and it'd be great for him to get one title under his belt.

Spa-Francorchamps is on this weekend. Ten HD is streaming qualifying from 9:30 to 10:30 tonight and the race from 9:30 to midnight tomorrow night.

Looking forward to it!

Gah, Lotus just can't break through that last step, but Kimis championship position shows their consistency.

1 race ban for Grojean (?too lazy to search the spelling from my phone?). Fairly deserved, he really left no room and should have expected a car to be there.

Alonso is a lucky boy to be alive, 1 metre difference in impact position and the airborne Lotus could well have hit him in the head and snapped his neck.
