Dunno, just said she couldn't make it. Doesn't matter, it was an unplanned spur of the moment thing that was hours off. I'm more concerned about having almost exposed myself as a brony at work.

The version I heard was that he was mortal, but his mother dipped him in holy water/oil while asking the gods to protect him. Same thing I guess though.

i did it once...
I didn't even know it was a date until he'd told me years later. we agreed to meet at some showground event happening, (chatted online, i was 16, he was 20), my friend and i had met him at the gate, me in all my infinite wisdom of being socially awkward, "well uh, we'll see you around inside i guess" and ditched him.

Today has been fantastic, srsly, sleeping for most of it, awake for maybe an hour at a time every few hours due to coughing fits.. I might go get out of my pyjamas and shower.. just to get back into them. hmm
