Far Cry 3 Delayed to November

Ubisoft's Far Cry 3 has just been announced as delayed, with a new revised release date pushing back to November 29, two months after the original projected launch. Australians will be receiving the game several days before our North American friends, who have to wait until December 4. No explanation for the delay was given by Ubisoft, but our hands-on with the game at E3 didn't reveal any major flaws in need of polishing.

Id say they are still trying to finish the co-op mode, since pretty much everyone who tried it at E3 said it felt the most unfinished out of all the game modes.

I'd put my money on it being pushed back to maximise sales. The closer they get it to Christmas, the more likely parents are going to buy it for their kids for a present..
