), onion, bring to boil, then simmer for 2 hours, add vegies in just a bit before it's cooked. cooked when you stab a fork in and it slides back out.
no need for added salt.

Food why are you lot teasing me with food;
"packet dinners" are OK for someone that's in a rush I just find them to be very bland without a lot of taste there is nothing like a very good home cooked meal;
But I do see a lot of young adults are always on the run and its better then having to go to fast food outlets; I love to cook but my wife says its better to have me at times to stay out of the kitchen I seem to make a lot of mess.
