THQ Announces Saints Row the Third: Enter the Dominatrix Now To Be Stand Alone Sequel

THQ has made an interesting move yesterday, announcing that its previously announced expansion for Saints Row the Third, Enter the Dominatrix, has been cancelled in favour of making the game a new, stand-alone sequel, due for release in 2013. “I asked the team what it could achieve given more time, more resources, and a broader scope for the project," said THQ President Jason Rubin. "We all agreed we wanted to play that game (...) and that’s why Enter The Dominatrix will now be incorporated into a vastly expanded, full-fledged sequel."

This seems like a bad move. The new game will have all the fun of SRTT but will feel like it is lacking something.
