3fl Idle timeout ban

Yeah,so... I dont make a habit of getting banned (ever) so i have NFI where to ask this.

I know GON and 3fl servers are still separate, but they have no forums now so umm... Was playing on the 3fl #57 server. Child screams and i go to check, assuming of course that im going to timeout.

I see that you now cop an idle timeout ban? I assumed this was for a short period of time or something like 5 mins, but i still cant get in 20 mins later.

Will the ban drop off? Or am i going to have to go though some other painful and convoluted process?

Serves me right for playing on non GON servers and venturing out to spread the newly formed gon-/-3fl love.

Good call mate, because nothing ever happens in reality that may warrant you quickly jumping up and turning you attention away from the computer for 5 minutes. Not everyone has the luxury of never having an interruption.

Im not saying it didn't warrant a kick as in my post above;

Just wasn't expecting ban to follow, or was expecting it for 5 mins or so...

Yes send your reply to that and they will send you back a response.

On games.on.net we only kick for idle, and idle ban is disabled fyi.

3FL don't have it turned on either from what I can see, I'd be looking at other reasons why you are having trouble joining the 3FL servers.
