Internet Woes...

First off its not that bad, and yes, I'm asking more internet questions :P

I've recently jumped ship from Internode Naked to Adam Naked while moving house and I've got a sliiight issue I wanted to ask about.

I've gone with the adam easy choice naked ADSL2+ on their shiny new deal (saving me $20 a month and giving me an extra 50gb...) but I've just hooked up my modem and I'm only getting an ADSL connection.

I've moved from North Adelaide to North Adelaide and obviously had node ADSL2+ at my last place. According to adsl2exchanges.com.au, my actual and this falsified address both look good, and as you can see AdamDirect is on the exchange.

I'm guessing I'm just going to have to ring them up on Monday and find out what the deal is. Is it also possible though that perhaps it's something to do with the line from the main telephone lines to my house? (I live in like a block of townhouses) I wouldn't have thought so, but anyway...

If anyone has any diagnostic ideas that I could check myself over the weekend that would be great, or any other suggestions to what the problem might be.

hurr derr, profiles.

Looks like I struggle on the full 24Mbs profiles... We'll live with aggressive for a while I guess

Mon - Fri 8am to 10pm,
Sat & Sun 9am to 5pm

If you have no luck let me know and i'll put you in contact with someone who will sort it out.

thanks, I actually did some googling on "router syncing but not working" lol, and saw many suggestions that it could be an authentication error. I changed my router from Auto to CHAP and now I'm in business.

I was going to update the thread but didn't want to talk to myself for the third time in a row :P
