History:
The Mature Anzac Gamers Community (MAG) has been created so that people from all over Australia and New Zealand can come together in a fun and entertaining environment.
MAG was created by the joining of two great mature gaming communities. Both the Mature Gamers Community and Lonepine Mature Gamers were created originally so that mature gamers could come together and enjoy playing games together in a fun and entertaining environment. It was a natural evolution for the two communities to join together and create one fantastic home for all mature gamers.
Here at MAG we play a large variety of different types of games. From First Person Shooters (FPS) to Real Time Strategy (RTS) to the ever increasing in popularity MMORPH games like World of Warcraft. We've also been know to play those silly little arcade games.
MAG is setup as a semi-democratic community. All members are given the opportunity to put forth suggestions and ideas for all the members to discuss. There is a council that oversees all of the community decisions. They discuss all ideas, suggestions and issues, look at comments made by all of the community in relation to them and then vote on all decisions. These decisions are then conveyed back to the wider community.
You need to be 18 years or older in order to be eligible to become a member of MAG. Additionally the most important thing is we are looking for people who have a mature outlook and who want to become a part of our gamers community.
We have members who like to play occasionally, competitively, and others who are high level users. All of them are welcome within MAG.
MAG is a lot more than just a Clan. MAG is our gaming home. We are all great mates and enjoy each others company. Good friends, good play, and good fun.
We are always looking to meet new people and to welcome them into our community.
Servers Details:
Mature Anzac Gamers currently has 3 Battlefield 3 Servers all have been slightly customized to maximise play on BF3 and to get the most enjoyment from them for our Members. We have been running and operating servers for many years now. Most people who play on our servers end up becoming Members they like them that much.
These Servers are:
MatureAnzac Flight School #1 1000TK Inst Vehicles - This server is a 64 player Conquest server that is set to normal mode That is set up as 1000 ticket server with instant vehicles
Mature Anzac Gamers #2 - This server is a 32 player Mixed mode server of Conquest, Rush and Close Quarters that is set to normal mode.
Mature Anzac Gamers #3 - This server is a 32 player Infantry only Mixed mode server of Conquest and Rush that is set to Hard-core with the exception that you can Spawn on any squad member.
