If an admin is not available on IRC, please contact us directly. There are times when the admin you require is not online. Many are at work or busy fulfilling their time and life in other ways

By sending an email to feedback@games.on.net to report network issues and game issues you will not only be helping us but your self in the process

It's worth noting in the email:

* Time and date
* Server name and details
* Problem you have experienced

The issue might come and go or be entirely at the client end , it could even resolve it's self over night without interaction from our staff or admins. Or, we could receive multiple reports that result in us further investigating the problem and working to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

It's all good, I would have called it a night or jumped into another game for a few hours at that time

Both servers recieved a restart around 5pm today, let me know how they cope through the night as I can't be on myself. If you want to message me on steam and I'm not on SkenZ, try SkenZ4 which also has the same Predator Avatar.
