the demo is great, very polished compared to stock fsx; but the compatibility of prepar3d is also very appealing. I just might need to try both lolv4moose wrote: Let us know about the xplane 10 demo - i've had the demo installer sitting on here for ages but never bothered to fire it up.
EDIT: FSX supports cloud textures at 4096. Not sure about ground textures tho.
