I had the demo for unit 13 crash once on me when it first launched. But then the demo was removed from the store and replaced with a newer one, so....I re downloaded it. Has been problem free since :)

Did you receive an error code? I spotted this page on the weekend, is pretty handy!

try http://www.play-asia.com mate fairly good with prices but depends on the shipping that u choose looks about
$46.04(US)/$45.01(Asia)/$55.78(Europe) + $5.02-26.56 for shipping (guessing u prob would want the US version)

*EDIT* fixed prices for each region and did for vita as acidently did the ps3 one first :) and checked shipping prices

Currently on special at Amazon: 29.99 USD (+shipping)

http://www.amazon.com/Mortal-Kombat-pla ... 806&sr=8-1

They don't appear to be blocking sales of the title to Australia (but I didn't complete the order).

Shipping from Amazon is not particularly cheap, mind you - it's often worth ordering a few items to amortise the cost a little (there's an initial shipping charge, plus a lesser charge per item). Worth noting, if you're ordering more than 4 items, it actually works out cheaper to select priority courier shipping (the per item cost is less with expedited shipping). (more details)

It's been a bit of a delay, but holy ****! The Wipeout DLC pack is finally getting released.

This is unreal :D, I'm sure quite a few of us will pick this one up for free.

So I just got myself a Vita! :D
Damn it's a nice looking unit, feels so... well designed.

ANYWAY
Has anyone got cases/protectors they recommend? I was tempted by the official starter pack, but wanted to check out my options first.

welcome to the ps vita club :)
i got the starter pack its got a desent leather hard case (i use it but i dont like the exposed sides) it also has the soft case which i also use but more so when im walking or bike riding even the gym although i get looked at wierd when im playing games in between sessions
tbh i would prefere the travler pack as the case is a fully enclosed hard case has everything that starter pack practiacally did but has a car charger...

Looked around a bit last night and found the PDP Custom Crystal Case which looks the business. Very similar to the Logitech Playgear Pocket which I loved.

Bonus storage room for the few physical games I will buy!

Also ordered a HORI glossy screen protector. HORI stuff is almost always great.

Well after a few days of messing around I'm pretty happy with the Vita. I forgot how much I loved Little Big Planet. Enough that I may even pick myself up a PS3 to play the other 2, plus I get free games anyway from the PSN plus thing.. Love the backwards compatibility with PSP, considering I had a PSP Go so everything I owned was digital. I sort of wish the game card slot, camera, and touch pads were removed in place of more raw power or battery life, but what can you do.

I am a little disappointed at the official accessories pack, more so the hard case. I was hoping it would be more similar to the leather PSP Go case which was snug fitting and gave access to all of the ports on the device.

Anyway back to Little Big Planet...

PS: I don't know if any of you have played it but the bust a move clone mini game with the flowers is such ****.
