Plays the SP campaign for a bit, it reminds me why i stop playing arma 2 SP campaign. I'll wait a bit for the patch then.

But the tank battle on the SP mission is damn cool, shells bouncing on armor should have better sound and ringing noise though. Cant wait for JSRS and Blastcore mod for this game =P

So I hear we have some ArmA 2 DayZ servers...
It's not like anyone actually plays that right?

Good old AEF had a server up yesterday in the end it was quite full. Think we were plating CH which is a bit like Warfare with just the towns.

Be nice to get back up when the patch comes.

The tank battles are amazing compared to vanilla except when Warton snipes me out of my King Tiger.

Out of interest, why do you say that? I'm a big fan of the SP campaigns.

I wish I could afford Iron Front, looks very decent. I'll take ANY game that operates at ArmA's size and complexity.

Regretting purchasing from bis store instead of on steam where I could have downloaded unmetered from a GoN mirror.

Now I have to wait til the end of the week ;_;

Nah, it's good to support BI directly :)

A friend just kindly gifted this to me over steam, very much looking forward to it!

But see there's people that like warfare.

I know, it's a conundrum.

Not the BIS warfare, which bennys' warfare is modded from. Apparently there are legal issues using code from A2 and porting directly into IF. pfff to that.

however Oden has ported his version of CTI over.

well it's kinda buggy upon release, mission objective wont trigger properly and I need to retry it a couple of times not to mention regular crash to desktop.

Overall it's quite good, tank battle is awesome. Not like tab lock fight in arma2 because shells will bounce off tanks front armor similar like when i'm playing Close combat 3 : russian front a long time ago. You need to target the weakest area to kill a tank.

cant wait for custom mods and missions release for this game.
