What class do you prefer to play in D3?

Just interested to see which class is your main class in D3? Ie which class you prefer to play.

I play monk. Considering starting another hero class but also wanting to continue on through the harder levels as well.

I almost always end up choosing a monk/cleric/healer/prophet/etc in the games I play.

I've given them all a bit of a go and I must say the Monk is the most satisfying so far. It just feels powerful.

Whereas the Witch Doctor feels a bit weak so far. Throwing jars full of spiders is a great idea but it just doesn't feel satisfying.

I'm the only WD so far? Crazy.

I chose WD initially because I thought it would be a lot more similar to the D2 necro, managing pets etc. Unfortunately that's not so much the case but I still really enjoy the class.

Like D2, I went with the holy warrior: Monk. He's decked out the best at the moment out of my 5 characters. WD is fairing the worst.

I have advanced further with my Barb though as I'm going through the game co-op with my bro using my Monk. Also really enjoying the DH.

Only seriously given the monk and wizzard a go in live. Got all to lv 12/13 in beta though.

I love the monk, just badass, explosive damage and great healing.

Wizzard is good fun, but I still need to find a setup that really suits my play style, only lv 30 though.

Barb was great fun in the beta, but I have not seen alot of them live.

Have rolled a WIZ and DH so far, one is lvl 15 and one lvl 20. Must say, im loving the DH at the moment.

I went WD simply because I was tired of the hack/slash classes I was playing in the previous games (Warrior in Diablo; Assassin, Barbarian & Druid in Diablo 2).
It's a bit of a challenge as the character feels so fragile, and I admit smashing an enemy in the face with a weapon is a lot more satisfying.

That's my impression of the WD too. That's probably the class I'm enjoying the least. The summons just aren't very tough and I wish the WD's offensive abilities were more effective. I can understand that the Wiz should have the more stronger attacks compared to WD but as it is, WD feels like he should be dispensing health potions for the other characters.

Got a level 52 Monk, but Barb has definitely been the most satisfying.

i started out with wizard, who is my "main", now level 45 and just reached Hell difficulty.. although I'm now favoring my demon hunter (level 22 i think?).
I have a witch doctor that's level 13 or thereabouts but am kinda meh on her now.

I've only played monk and am really enjoying it.

I think the most fun is playing with other classes and seeing how they synergise. for example, monk has an ability that sucks all the enemies in a decent radius towards you (like the vortex modifier on enemies), which is nice when soloing because you can use the AOE on them. but it becomes really effective when you have a wizard casting that ice storm **** somewhere (which has a relatively small radius), and then the monk pulls all the enemies into the kill zone. and then you keep pulling them back in again and again. you're all like "NO, YOU CAN'T LEAVE".

Before I got the game, I couldn't make my mind up between Witch Doctor and Barb. Both looked so cool. Got the game, and decided to go with Witch Doctor to mix it up a bit. Got to Level 20, and then got a bit tired of the screams from the frog spell (can't remember the exact name oops). So tried out the Barb, and that was fine but I didn't get too far before I decided to try another class (yes, I'm sorry I'm so fickle!), the monk and that's been my favourite class ever since. I've tried the Wizard as well, it's alright, mates keep saying it's the best class, but monk has got to be my fav.

Oh no doubt. I'd say it's probably my 2nd fav class out of the 4 I've tried. Got to love chain lightning...
