u need ur eyes checked. nothing wrong with how cod looks. the engines been pimped for current gen. its not bf3 graphics though, but then mw3 outsold the **** outta bf3, so who cares how it looks?

GroggDogg, there is no real need to snap at Black Patriot, it's just his opinion.
That being said, the graphics were good for the previous few games, but recently (over the last 2-3 titles) the engine hasn't shown much change. Not sure if it's a time and money saving technique or they just don't see it as being justifiable to do. Ultimately it's up to the developers *shrug*
But admittedly, if we keep comparing it to other modern day titles, it's going to come off second best.

I'm half interested in this, I quite enjoyed CODBlops, skipped MW3, that one really had nothing new at all, and was a step backwards on the PC. If Activision ever actually made their games cheaper over time I might think about grabbing Blops 2, but it'll be some time I think. Considering COD4: Modern Warfare is STILL $50 on Steam.

Just get it from cdkey providers then, MW3 was $27 on release along with BF3 so this should be about the same.

You only have to spend 2 minutes activating it and you've saved yourself 2 DLC's worth of money (sadly).

It is ugly. At least, in comparison to every other AAA title made in the last 3 years that's worth mentioning.
But alas, you do seem very content with how it looks, so nobody is stopping you from buying it.

When you've got 2 teams of dev's working to put out another game year after year, you don't have time to bother with getting a new and improved engine.
You just slap some glue, add some bloom and call it improved!

re: blops2 doesnt look as good as some, looks better than others. its hardly a major world problem they continue to make cod games, or reuse a perfectly good engine. and no1 forces u to play them or pay any attention to them. if u want to ignore them, then theres no point on commenting and how u dont like them, is there? im not a huge mp cod fan but the stories and sp are captivating enough for me to leave my uneventful life behind for 6-8hrs.

and yes, ill probably buy a cd key for cod, like i do with most games. savings are big, just picked up a key for sf v tekken for 20 bucks, which is a score.
