Battlefield 3 Double XP Multiplayer Weekend Rolls On

For the three of you who weren't already aware, Battlefield 3 is running a Double XP Multiplayer Weekend until sometime on mid-Monday morning. Double XP will be earned across all modes and maps, with extra XP will be reflected in the end of round screen as 'Additional Points'.

UPDATE: The Double XP Weekend has been rescheduled for PC players to May 26 - 27.

I am hoping that people will play maps other than Metro and try other game modes but I suppose I am naive to think so when not only other maps will be Double XP but so will Metro. Then again more players might mean more people are on the maps I actually enjoy.
