My only regret when I had finished GTA4 single player was never playing multiplayer. Nobody else was playing!

NFI what my GFWL details are yet, I'll have to look when I get home Hopefully it still works, last time I recall having all sorts of problems with GFWL breaking my save games.

Urgh, spent a few hours battling with GFWL just to get it to sign in and download my profile. Took a few attempts to even get a sign in to work, then it wouldn't download my profile.

Some of the suggestions around the place are just dumb, like port forwarding ports 80 and 443. What the **** is that supposed to do to make GFWL work!

Anyway, I got it working in the end, just a few random netsh commands was all I needed:

netsh winsock reset

Reboot.
