That 1TB SSD looks mighty interesting if it's cheap enough.

I'm staying put on Sandy Bridge for the time being. May get a new graphics card though (either a 7870 or the Nvidia equivalant when it comes out).

Lasers, EVERYWHERE.

I haven't seen the GTX690 out at all, is it being sold in Aus yet? (mostly so the other cards drop in price)

as for the OCZ SSD, the 512GB so far costs ~$800, so chances are the 1TB is probably around the ~$1000-1200 mark.

Don't expect other cards to drop in price they are already pretty cheap for what they are.

690 is out in the States on Newegg.com anyway which is normally the cheapest place in the states to get hardware ... price $1,120

Yep limited availability on the 690, its only being released by Asus and EVGA, and due to the seemingly limited release of the 680, as the 690 uses more specific 'binned' cores it makes it a rarer card altogether. Hopefully we will see them over here by the end of the month, if the release is similar to that of the 590.

Ouch. Will be waiting for prices to come down before I buy one then.

690 no thanks to pricey, I'll wait for reviews of the 670's before making up my mind on graphics cards.
