More Crysis 2 and still it's pretty much a nothing game. The story still is very zzz, nothing interesting is happening and most of it feels filled with travel. Also love how they've outright forgotten about the first batch of characters (don't care if they come back, them being gone for so long will only make any return feel cheap).
Also Crytek yet again seem to be making the same mistakes. They tried to make the aliens no different from human enemies to help this but still they're not nearly as interesting as human enemies (which in turn are nothing compared the the Koreans) yet they've again outright replaced the human enemy with the alien enemy for sections of the game.
Also annoyed over the weapon customization downgrades (hard to explain but you don't get the upgrades like you used to which is limiting) and the armor upgrades aren't very good partly because most of the upgrades are useless and partially because weapon customization makes sense as they're all mutually exclusive (can't have iron sights and a sniper scope on at the same time) so only getting one at a time makes sense. Being forced to use one armor upgrade at a time isn't physically mutually exclusive so it makes no sense.
Also the game continues to be disgustingly linear. But stealth is still better I think (or at least better handled and more polished) but sadly also more linear than in the first.
Oh I also started Halo Reach again. I'm a bit sad as I must truly be over Halo.

I should try playing the original again to see if that's truly the case or if it's just reach that's not really grabbing me.
