Banbot glitch on Counterstrike Source?

I have been banned by banbot on gamesonnet servers for no reason and I saw the same thing happening frequently to others too.
My question is this.
Is there a fundamental glitch with the banbot on the gamesonnet servers?
I ask this as there seems to be a lot of banning activity here and not on other servers.

banbot controls the automatic bans. AFAIK these are things like name bans, bans that carry over from other games on Internodes servers and blacklists from valve (VAC stuff). for a more precise answer on what it controls, you'll probably have to get an answer from one of the senior admins.
