I kid you not. Seriously. It's in the first sentence of the written article. And they even link the actual DUST 514 website just before it.

yeah easy fix would be to adjust the string heights by raising the bridge. there'd be 2 screws there somewhere on the sides of the bridge that you can use to adjust the height. might need an Allan key

I'll have a look at that this afternoon after work, and see if it makes a difference

I wish the delivery people for Aust Post were more consistent, most of the time they leave the stupid slip of paper for me to pick up, but every now and then they leave it on my step and save me the anger of a trip to the local PO.

Damnit, I live in the back of a unit complex and my whole front porch is protected, LEAVE MY STUFF THERE! (I get that they can't, but I really really wish they would)

I also live in a rear unit i'll be home and they will still leave a slip. Can't be bothered coming down or beeping ?. What makes it worse my post office is in a major shopping centre , pain in the **** to just slip in a pick up.
Now days i just get eveything shipped to work, always someone to sign and they cant get away with slipping the delivery
