Bethesda Trademarks ''Fus Ro Dah''

Bethesda's parent-company Zenimax have filed for trademarks which, if the application is successful, will restrict usage of their iconic dragonshout "Fus Ro Dah" to official merchandising. Bethesda have made no comment as to whether the trademark is paving the way for such official merchandise to be released and have told Game Informer that they are "just protecting their brand".

Damn everytime I drop this in conversation now I'm going to have to be forking out royalties?!

Zenimax are on a 'we'll sue ya!' mentality at the moment regarding their property. Was there a massive blackmarket in Fus Ro Dah merchandise invading the world? Were customs officials filing complaints about the sheer amount of T-Shirts they had to search coming into the country.

Hell, might as well put in a Trademark application for Fus Ro Dah Scrolls.
