i'm going to politely, yet firmly, recommend you ignore vic's suggestions for the most part
limiting guns is a poor idea. as is changing the cycle at all (with the exception of adding some new maps), however, i would advocate moving lost_temple to somewhere earlier in the cycle. it's quite a slow, grinding map, comparable to maps like dust, aztec, cobble and prodigy, with cts having an abudance of places to hide / camp / hold. i feel that it doesn't work well in the midst of fast maps like piranesi, cheateau and port, perhaps it should be moved earlier into the rotation
this new map, scud_pro, is interesting. can't say i'm a fan of frost yet, seems too random
i'd also recommend we introduce a few more cs maps. there is a ridiculuous trend towards de maps, as compared to cs, leading to cts being favoured on almost every map. even office is arguably ct favoured, as what tends to happen is that cts camp bunkers, pick off rushing ts, then move in and kill the ts trapped in offices
actually, looking at the list, we have 17 de maps, against 4 cs maps
and i know i always harp on about it, but would really, really love to see militia back in! surely there must be a viable solution, i found a fix on the steamforums before and linked it here
