Might be of interest to some people, Good Old Games has the original Fallout for free atm

I killed the doctors guard. Then I used all my inventory points and couldnt equip my knife. Then some other guard killed me.

And thus ends the journey of Natalia!

Just did a search for Tyrian on GOG, i'd forgotten the name. Soon as i saw the screenshots it all came back to me, yeah i also smashed that game heaps as a kid too. Downloading now.
