This is all really exciting stuff, in my opinion! Looking forward to seeing the fruits of the changes.
There are innumerable sites handling gaming and tech news out there. I think expanded news posts are hugely preferable, that dive deeply into the technology or history behind the reported news.

Good call Tim!

As long as the features aren't about turning Diablo into an FPS this announcement can only lead to good for gon! I'm looking forward to it.

AAAIIIIEEEEE

The piece was actually about whether the use of an isometric camera in a triple A title might feel dated to some gamers. I give up...

And yes, I do still lurk around these shady parts of the internets

Love Tim's changes to the site, some great ideas there that will make GON one of my fave destinations again.

Love the sound of the changes, more features and dropping the score on reviews in particular. I'd like to add my support for some sort community ladder/tournament/social gaming page. You guys have a great community and a great frontend for all the servers that you run it would be great to see some more integration with that.

Some very impressive changes, really looking forward to seeing these implemented. While I will miss some newsbots **Toby** weird takes on the news....now they get to individualise weird topics instead, can't wait.

Hi Bennett!

Great stuff GON, love it to bits!

Good to see you in PCPP again, BTW Bennett.

Also, on the topic of a review TLDR, I like the idea of quick "Three things that are good, three things that are bad"

EDIT: Not that anyone reads anything other than GON Tim, honest!

While I will miss heading up Toby's Twilight Zone Monday/Thursday/Friday, Timbo's changes to the site are indisputably for the better. Now if only ye olde Refried would start making a comeback...

Yeah :D

I'm sure the CS/CSS, TF2, BF3/2/BC, iRacing, COD would like it.
Can even start making up forum teams and stuff. I think it would be great fun.

Can even have some sort of "Old School Battle Royale" thing where we duke it out in Q3 Arena or something.

I realise it's a bit off topic, but I've said it a few times before :P

If you or anyone wants to run a competition we will support you in every way possible to make it happen. That might mean a server for you to use or a dedicated forum, promotion on the website, who knows what else.

We are always happy to get involved and assist with a community driven event :icon14:

It's been a while since the Starcraft 2 tournament happened :)

I would like to make it publicly known that Toby's great understanding and magnanimity about this continues to mark him as one the Best. <3
