The future the troubled project is still in doubt, but for the time being at least, the long-awaited sequel to the classic post-nuclear survivalist/horror FPS is still inching closer to completion...

I was going to say the same thing. There is A LOT of support in the community, so they would have no problem getting funds; but I think there is a lot more internal conflict causing issues.

this is a big call, but as far as singleplayer fps go, i prefer stalker over everything else, not even halflife stands against it.

I found the games were awesome but ended a bit flat in most departments. However always wreaked full of potential, which modders capitalise on anyway. I still can't wait for the amazing Lost Alpha mod to be released!!

Anyway I reckon Stalker is also my most favourite DPS but far.
