R18+ Bill Passes Parliament, Heading for Senate

The minister for Home Affairs, the Hon. Jason Clare MP, has just announced that the R18+ bill has cleared the lower house of Parliament and is now headed for the Senate. This is great news for gamers everywhere, as well as parents and children - all we can do now is wait to see what the Senate thinks. Read more information at Jason Clare's website.

It's funny that theres a quote from one of the Americans back when they were drafting their constitution about how the easiest way democracy would be borked would be for there to end up being two diametrically opposed parties who are opposed solely for the sake of being different.
