Police are appealing for assistance to catch a serial sex offender who exposes himself to the public in Melbourne's southern suburbs.

The man allegedly poses as a jogger and exposes himself as he runs past.

A 12-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl were at a Moorabbin bus stop on February 24 when the man exposed himself.

i shouldn't laugh at that
