HEAPS of changes I'm happy to see. Mortar out of spawn, MAV kill = Mav death, weapon tweaks here and there... Quite impressed.

Also, I wonder when the patch is due...

Lots. Probably not fixed from launch, IIRC the problem is that BF reports random bindings when setting up but works anyway, just have to ignore what it says you have set. That was my experience at least (Logitech extreme 3D pro)
You can just, hang outside in the sun all day tossing a ball around. Or you can sit at your computer and do something that matters. - Cartman, E.

That is something I'd like to see as well.. I also miss "GIMMIE A HEALTH KIT YOU DUMBASS" and "I NEED SOME **** AMMO" from the q menu..

The one for the health kit already exists. You press the sidearm button to pull out the 9mm menu, and then you click on their butt for the action.

Then they drop health.

Typical EA...this patch will no doubt be 3GB plus in size.

That is probably this most idiotic criticism I've ever seen.

But yeah there are some bigger things like the menu after being killed, the 'squad' rush and am i right in saying that there is literally no VOIP in-team for PC?

From what I understand this would make latency/sync a nightmare due to the sheer amount of extra data this would force servers to deal with.

Wat.

Meh, kinda sounds right - to use the zoom/scope you put the shotty to your shoulder making for a slightly more steady shot than firing from the hip/side

I had to REMOVE all the key bindings as well as the joystick bindings - Then only put back the joystick bindings I wanted

The joystick config issue was always a problem. I've given up on jet flying in general because I'm a old-school joystick flyer and there seems to be a distinct disadvantage vs people who use kb + mouse. Now I'm focussing on learning chopper flying with a kb + mouse.

You wouldn't have to run the voip from the same server.
